After you’ve had a dreadful week like me, you might want set a little relief in order to keep your mind healthy and running smoothly. Here’s a little trick you can try just to get that comfy change feeling, when everything goes wrong.
Just before you attempt to do it, I should say my perspective about these things, is that in the best possible cases, you can actually change from one moment to another, and is not strictly necesary for it to suffer a process of self indulgence… That often.
Short as it is, here it goes:
As I’m not telling you to forget your troubles and get happy from one moment to another, I encourage you to confront them correctly from now on, and, in my opinion, the best way to do this is to show off a little disinterested kindness towards someone else. It’s not that hard as you have nothing to lose when you try it, just be nice because you want to 🙂 This can actually make a change in your current mentality by setting things up in a different approach. From now on, you are inmersing yourself in a marvelous relief-denoting act that can turn the bad vibes around you upside down. Give it a little experimentation, once you’ve mastered it, it works like magic. This is the first step of the so called “positive attitude”.
